GEORG PLANGE is today one of Germany’s most productive mills. 100 motivated and conscientious staff are involved in the manufacture of various products. Foodstuffs manufacturers, bakery chains and traditional artisanal bakers use industrial and baking flours from Plange for their baking.
Process technologist (m/f/t) in the milling and grain industry
Training period 3 years
Your tasks
- You will learn how a variety of flours are manufactured and processed
- You will gain an insight into the control systems of manufacturing processes
- You will learn everything about the planning, installation and commissioning of manufacturing plant and equipment
- You will gain in-depth know-how in the areas of milling technology, process control and the quality analysis of grain
- You will also acquire knowledge of the correct way to store our products
Your qualifications and knowledge
- At least a very good certificate of secondary education
